Susanne Ingold (“Susie”) practices in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation, including employment discrimination law, risk management, executive employment contracts, personnel policies and manuals, wrongful termination, trade secrets/non-compete agreements, sexual harassment, drug and alcohol testing, and wage and hour law.  She also provides training to employers on minimizing risk by focusing on preventive measures and strategies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.  Susie also represents employers in various labor and employment litigation matters, including hearings and trials in state and federal courts and before government agencies.

As an experienced trial lawyer, Susie has successfully defended employers, management and corporations involving commercial disputes, general civil litigation, premises liability, personal injury law and class and derivative actions.  Susie, a native Arizonan, has also served as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University where she taught Business Law.
