Susan Dana-Kobey principally focuses her practice in civil litigation of first and third party insurance defense matters involving construction defect and personal injury matters. Her practice area also includes insurance coverage matters. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, she practiced law in Southern California where she focused on insurance coverage litigation.Susan is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has also worked as a Spanish translator in the telecommunications industry. Her proficiency in Spanish led Susan to volunteer by assisting Spanish speaking individuals at the Family Court Facilitator’s Office in Orange County, California. While in law school, she clerked for the Hon. David Weinberg in the Orange County Superior Court, Lamoreaux Justice Center, Family Law Division.
