Mr. Patterson’s current trial practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. His experience includes the representation of clients, both plaintiff and defendant, in a broad spectrum of tort and contract litigation. Mr. Patterson is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has successfully represented health care providers before Texas Courts of Appeal and the Texas Supreme Court.

Mr. Patterson has also represented clients in insurance coverage disputes, as well as construction, contract, and real estate matters. He often provides services as a lecturer at seminars, and has taught accredited courses as an adjunct professor for the Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
