Rebecca K. Devlin, Esq.

Rebecca Devlin was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Hofstra University in 2003, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Rebecca graduated, cum laude, from Quinnipiac Law School in 2006, after attending on an academic scholarship.  Rebecca was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2006 and New York in 2007, and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Rebecca Devlin is an associate in the firm’s Trust and Estates Department.  The practice includes basic and sophisticated estate planning for a wide variety of clients and the administration of estates and trusts as well as the preparation of wills, living wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies.  Further, Rebecca is an approved Guardian Ad Litem in the New York Surrogate’s Court in Queens, Suffolk and Nassau Counties.

In addition to her Trust and Estate practice, Rebecca also concentrates on complex casualty defense litigation, including motor vehicle negligence, transportation law, bus company liability, trucking law, premises liability, municipal liability, products liability and camp and school district liability.

Practicing: Casualty Defense matters, including Automobile and Premises Liability matters. She also works on Trust, Estate and other surrogate matters as well as represents municipalities in a wide array of personal injury matters.
