Professional experience Ms. Abbott joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2005 and is an Associate in the firm. Her areas of practice are litigation and family/matrimonial law.

Ms. Abbott is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association. She is a member of the Broome County Bar Association’s Family Court Committee and Pro Bono Committee. Ms. Abbott donates her legal services to the Legal Aid Society and is also on the Law Guardian Panel for the Court appointed representation of children.
