MARK W. KLEIN is an associate of Brody Wilkinson and a member of the firm’s Business, Litigation, and Real Estate & Land Use Groups. His primary practice areas include business transactions, commercial loans, residential and commercial real estate and franchising.

Mr. Klein is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Prior to joining Brody Wilkinson, he was an associate at a general practice law firm in West Haven, Connecticut. Mr. Klein is a member of the Business Law and Franchise Law Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He graduated from the Bridgeport Regional Business Council’s leadership program in 2006. He performs pro bono legal services for Connecticut Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He also participates on community panels educating the public on identity theft.

He received a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University in 1997 and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2002. He also attended the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London, UK.

Mr. Klein currently resides in Milford, Connecticut.
