Mario Cozza, lawyer since 1996, is member of ANTI (national association of Italian tax lawyers and consultants); he was born in 1966 in Portici (NA). He operates in Milan since 1989, focused on contracts and corporate real estate. Professional mediator in accordance to Legislative Decree No. 28/2010 and Ministerial Decree No. 180/2010, he works with companies, both Italian and foreign, in the real estate field, according to the issues regarding real estate and real rights, related also to mergers, divisions, transfer, acquisition and transfer of business.
