Lynn Wilson McNally focuses her practice primarily in the area of family law. She represents individuals in matters regarding separation, divorce, child custody and other matters pertaining to family law.

Since beginning her practice in 2003, Lynn regularly appears in trials and hearings on behalf of her clients. In addition to representing her clients in the courtroom, she frequently assists them in resolving their domestic issues outside of court through the drafting and negotiation of separation agreements, parenting agreements and other family contracts as well as through mediation and private settlement conferences.

Lynn was recently listed as a Rising Star in North Carolina Super Lawyers® that recognizes attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Lynn was nominated by fellow lawyers, who have personally observed her in action — whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other firsthand courtroom observation.
