Kimberly A. Bishop, born St. Louis, Missouri, June 4, 1960; admitted to bar 1988, Texas; also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and Southern District of Texas in 1990. Kim has practiced in the field of insurance defense with a primary focus in workers' compensation since 1988. Kim has extensive experience at all phases of dispute resolution before the Division of Workers' Compensation and District Courts. In addition to handling her active docket, Ms. Bishop provides training to adjusters and employers throughout the state on workers' compensation issues.
