Joe Stokes, a Jacksonville native, is a shareholder in the firm’s litigation department. He has extensive jury trial experience in defending companies in personal injury actions. He has practiced in the area of insurance defense for 20 years and has handled all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, trucking cases, automobile accidents and products liability. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, its highest ranking.
