John V. Fundis, Esq.
A shareholder of Downs . Stanford, Mr. Fundis’ practice focuses on commercial and insurance defense litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. He represents insurance companies and their insureds for claims related to bad faith, subrogation, workers’ compensation, general negligence, professional negligence, construction liability, and coverage matters. Mr. Fundis also represents the interests of employers in disputes involving contracts and torts. His administrative practice regularly takes him before the State Office of Administrative Hearings on matters such as disputes before the Medical Review Division of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission.
