Joel Settembrini is a board certified trial lawyer, counselor, attorney, and mediator with over 30 years of experience in handling sophisticated commercial matters. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants at trial in both state and federal court (jury and non-jury) and before various arbitration panels. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous mediations and is a certified circuit court mediator.
Before joining the firm, he was employed for over 25 years as a lawyer and partner at one of the preeminent commercial litigation firms in Florida, and he previously was employed for four years with the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. Joel is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, Florida Legal Elite, Florida Super Lawyers and Jacksonville Top Lawyers publications.
