Jeremy Rosenberg is a shareholder with O'Meara Wagner P.A., and practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense litigation representing insured and self-insured employers and their carriers. He provides clients with guidance and counseling in all areas related to the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Statute, with a particular emphasis in working with the claim professional to prevent litigation.

Prior to joining O'Meara Wagner P.A. in 1999, Mr. Rosenberg practiced personal injury and workers' compensation litigation. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley in 1991, and his law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in 1997.

He is admitted to the Minnesota state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Mr. Rosenberg has been named a "Rising Star: by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Mr. Rosenberg enjoys spending time with his family and is active in coaching the sporting activities of his son Nathan and daughter Avery.
