“My aim in advising companies on a long term relationship, because that is the best guarantee for advice.”
I studied law at the Free University in Amsterdam. Soon I had a preference for employment. During my studies I have it then as much as possible specialist. Since 1995 I work as a lawyer at Russell Advocaten and I have been with the company-wide advising medium and large companies on company law and employment law. My aim is thereby to a long relationship with companies because it is the best guarantee for advice. Quality and speed of service to further contribute to this. I’m also in another way intensively engaged with my field, I’ve already written several articles and am co-author of the book The Rules of the Handbook of dismissal and employment. I also give courses on labor law firms, so that labor disputes could be avoided or at an early stage can be solved.
