Donald A. Nogowski is a seasoned attorney with broad-based legal and professional experience. Mr. Nogowski has been successfully representing individual, corporate and non-profit clients in complex real estate, business and financial matters for many years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Nogowski’s professional experience included more than ten years of service as CEO , COO and/or CFO of companies in the real estate development, technology and manufacturing sectors.

Mr. Nogowski's practice includes real estate development and land use cases, corporate law and business transactions, public finance cases, bankruptcy and business "turn-arounds," non-profit enterprises, and elder law. Mr. Nogowski has represented both large and small entities, including health care organizations, schools and universities, charitable trusts, civic-welfare, religious and/or charitable organizations, community organizations, industry organizations and sports leagues. He has been involved in Community Development and Economic Development Projects. In his elder law practice, Mr. Nogowski has represented elderly and/or disabled clients and their families in matters including Medicaid planning and application, estate planning and document preparation, probation and estate administration, disability planning, guardianship and conservatorships, and special needs trusts.

Mr. Nogowski also has extensive experience in redevelopment projects, brownfield redevelopment, land use litigation, business formation, shareholder agreements, sale or merger of business organizations, Chapter 11 Reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation, and many other areas.
