Carol Harding maintains a broad-based litigation practice in which she represents businesses and individuals at both the trial and appellate levels. Her experience includes complex commercial disputes, employment law litigation and best practices counseling, consumer fraud actions, the defense of claims against public entities, disability income insurance law, environmental litigation, and medical malpractice.
Carol uses her broad litigation background and experience to provide practical and efficient results for her clients. While she is a trial lawyer, she also counsels clients on day to day operational issues in order to minimize the risk of claims. Ms. Harding also handles all forms of alternate dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, to minimize the time and expense involved in litigation for her clients. In addition, Ms. Harding serves as an arbitrator with regard to employment law disputes.
Before joining Earp Cohn P.C., Carol served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
