Brian J. Greenwood, Esq.

Brian Greenwood represents various individuals, business entities, hospitals and municipalities in all areas of litigation, including municipal liability, premises liability, vehicular negligence, labor law, medical malpractice, and criminal law.  Brian has successfully tried cases to verdict at the trial level and has drafted and argued numerous appeals in the state appellate courts.

Brian graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, which he attended on an academic scholarship.  While at Hofstra, Brian earned an award for outstanding scholarship in criminal law.    Prior to graduating from Hofstra, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Brian was admitted to practice in New York in 2003.  He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and the Nesconset Volunteer Fire Department.
