Mr. Johnson is a trial attorney with more than 25 years experience defending personal injury cases. He focuses his practice on defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims, Healthcare claims and Trucking and transportation claims. He has been appointed a special Attorney General to represent the University of Washington in professional liability claims.
Mr. Johnson’s practice also includes mediation, arbitrations and private trials.

Born in Tacoma, WA Mr. Johnson has resided in the Puget Sound area all his life.
Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the United States District Court, Western and Eastern District of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Johnson is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is its highest rating (www.martindale.com). He has been selected for inclusion as a “Super Lawyer”, a distinction that is reserved to 5% of the lawyers in Washington. He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association Inter-professional Committee, and the Doctor/Lawyer Liaison Committee of the Pierce County Medical Society.
