• Procedural representation of a contractor company of the National Institute of Aqueducts and Sewerage Systems (IDAAN), acting as claimant in a domestic arbitration proceeding administered by the Panama Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CeCAP), which concluded with an Arbitral Award favorable to our client’s interests.
