Cecily Kemp

Guided by her passion for workplace fairness and advocacy, Cecily Kemp helps clients navigate employment challenges with practical solutions and strong representation.

Cecily Kemp is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Cecily served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge André M. Espinosa at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

During law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and a student attorney in the Seton Hall Law Health Justice Clinic, where she represented clients in New Jersey Superior Court. She also gained valuable experience as a legal intern for Administrative Law Judges at the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law and as an intern for U.S. District Court Judge John M. Vazquez.

Cecily earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
