Mariana De Vecchi

Mariana has been a CCN associate since 2014, focusing mainly on the Corporate area, especially in Intellectual Property and Industrial Property, as well as Foreign Investment and Immigration Law.

Her focus is mainly related to Corporate Law, supporting companies from the constitution of the company to the continuous management of its legal obligations in the area of ​​Intellectual Property, mostly Trademarks and Patents, she has worked with the management of portfolios of Trademarks of several companies in Mexico and Latin America, including applications for trademark registration, trademark maintenance, advice, searches for similar trademarks, among others.
