His areas of expertise include Civil, Commercial and Labor Law, advising, conducting pre-negotiations, contracts preparation and legal proceedings.
His practice currently focuses on Corporate Law, carrying out everything related to the incorporation of companies, bylaws, meetings, powers of attorney, preparation of documentation, administrative procedures, merger procedures, spin-offs and dissolution of companies, among other related subjects.
