Marissa S. Rodriguez

Marissa is partner at CCN. She represents clients doing business in the United States and Mexico. Being on the border, she understands the value of the relationship between the U.S. and Mexico and the importance of cross-border business.

For over 17 years, she has represented clients from the U.S. and Mexico on domestic and international matters, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contractual, estate planning, and probate matters.

Her clients include cross-border businesses, as well as individual investors, and entrepreneurs in various industries including manufacturing, transportation, logistics, real estate, and healthcare, among others.

Marissa and her support staff are bilingual and bicultural, which allows them to understand the needs of U.S. and foreign clients and guide them with respect to their business operations and personal planning.
