Through the Primerus Insurance Program, Leavitt Group provides three endorsed products that protect Primerus firms in their professional and management liability exposures. Together, they form a risk management and coverage triad that is needed in today’s environment.  They are:

1. For professional liability, we have direct access to Lloyd’s of London for Primerus members with limits up to $5 million per claim limit on the primary policy. We also can quote excess limits over that amount.  Leavitt Group is able to provide preferred pricing and terms for those members who meet certain criteria and qualifications. Lloyd’s is rated “A” (Excellent), Financial Size IX by AM Best and set the global standard for insurance for more than 300 years. In addition, we have access to an extensive portfolio of professional liability carriers on a separately underwritten basis.
2. For breach of confidentiality, data security and other cyber exposures, we set up a separate facility at Lloyd’s of London that will provides both third party and first party exposures in a way that coordinates seamlessly with your professional liability coverages and at the same limit of coverage as the underlying professional policy.  To better understand the need for this policy please Download PDF #1
3. For employment practices liability, we obtained favorable coverage terms and pricing from United States Liability Insurance Company. USLI is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway Group and is rated A++ (Superior), Financial Size IX by A.M. Best.
