Daiana is an associate who focuses her practice on the defense of commercial, construction, premises liability, product liability and transportation claims.

Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Daiana worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where she gained extensive experience litigating trials and dispositive motions. While with the CCSAO, she authored and argued numerous motions including Motions to Suppress Evidence, Motions to Suppress Statements, Motions for Discovery Sanctions, and Motions to Dismiss. 

Daina is an active member in the following professional organizations:

  • International Society of Primerus Law Firms

Education

Ms. Man earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2020, where she was on the Dean's list, won CALI awards in legal writing, and participated in DePaul Appellate Moot Court Society.  She received her bachelor or arts in policical science and international relations, magna cum laude from Loyola University.

During law school, Daiana was a judicial extern with the Honorable Judge John Robert Blakey where she was responsible for conducting research and drafting opinions on dispositive motion including motions to dismiss and a motion for summary judgment. She also gained valuable experience through her time with the DePaul College of Law Moot Court Society.
