With over 20 years of professional experience, Manuel is the Partner in Charge of the Digital Business Unit and collaborates with the M&A and Innovation Units.
His practice includes intellectual property, outsourcing, technology contracting, and tech M&A, as well as advising international and local startups. He also has extensive experience in data privacy matters as a DPO and in advising on digital businesses across various sectors, where he is a recognized expert.
Before leading Digital BPV, Manuel worked for multinational services companies such as Ernst & Young, international law firms such as Fieldfisher, consulting firms such as Crowe, and IP/IT and corporate M&A boutiques, both in legal and transactional matters. Before practicing law, he was an entrepreneur in the ICT sector.
