He has extensive experience providing legal advice to national and international companies. He specializes in corporate law and M&A (sale and purchase of companies, joint ventures, mergers, and corporate restructuring), commercial contracts (sale or supply of products and services, distribution and agency agreements, franchise agreements, and license agreements), as well as real estate law (property acquisition and registration law).
He is also Secretary of the Board of Directors of companies, providing legal and compliance advice. He has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2001.
