Michael Detro

Michael Detro advises clients on significant business, commercial, outsourcing, and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, strategic commercial partnerships, technology licensing, and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.  Michael has significant experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, fintech, technology, and hospitality.

Before joining Krevolin Horst, Michael held several in-house counsel positions, including at Goldman Sachs and Western Alliance Bank.  In addition, Michael spent over ten years in private practice at multiple large law firms in financial services, corporate, and technology practice groups.  Michael is known for his skill in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and providing practical and commercial advice to clients.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, golfing, rooting for the Atlanta Braves, and exploring great hotels and restaurants.
