Karen Rejón

Karen has been an associate at CCN since 2021 and is currently based in the Tijuana office.

She specializes in Litigation and advice on Labor matters, representing clients of the maquiladora industry in the Local Conciliation Boards of Baja California, and regularly advises and legally advises clients on matters related to hiring, overtime, sanctions, discrimination, dismissals with causes and works in conjunction with human resources personnel to provide internal treatment on matters related to employees.

Prior to joining CCN, Karen gained experience representing local and national businesses as well as in public service.
