Omar has been an associate of CCN since 2005. His practice focuses on real estate, corporate, energy, environmental and litigation law.
He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry, where he acquired knowledge of the requirements and needs of the clients he advises.
Omar supports clients in the real estate and manufacturing sectors in their day-to-day operations such as construction contracts, connection and power supply issues, access to water services, operating licenses, among other matters.
He has represented clients from various countries on numerous occasions in the acquisition and disposition of assets and property in many locations in Mexico, conducting a thorough due diligence investigation, preparing sale or lease agreements and other closing documents, and coordinating such process.
He has been a law professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and Universidad del Norte in various courses, all related to his practice, which he describes as “an exciting and enriching experience.”
