Miriam Name

Miriam has been a partner of CCN since 2008. Her practice focuses on the representation of companies and investors in Mexico, particularly in the Corporate, Tax, International Trade, and Insurance areas.

She has extensive experience acting as an expert in Mexican law before the courts of the United States.

She was an active collaborator in articles on tax and foreign trade matters with Puntos Finos Magazine.

She has organized Customs Compliance Conferences in Mexico and the U.S. and is a speaker at NAFTA/USMCA and Foreign Trade events hosted by the Free Trade Alliance, UTSA, Texas Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders, and other organizations. She led the Postgraduate Studies of Mexico Customs Compliance and Foreign Trade with the International Academy of Tax and Trade Law and the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
