Joseph B. Newton

Joseph (Joe) B. Newton is one of three founding Partners of CCN, and has been the managing partner of the firm since its inception in 1994. His practice is centered on representing companies with business interests in Mexico, including those in the automotive and agribusiness sectors, specifically with respect to corporate, business formation, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, real estate, foreign investment and labor relations issues.
