Crisis Communication Strategies to Position Cases in Litigation

From medical care to employment to insurance to cruise ships and colleges, the COVID-19 pandemic is a crisis that has cut a wide litigation swath across many industries. Whether you are a plaintiff or defendant, the way you position your case in the court of public opinion during a crisis can greatly affect your settlement value and trial posture. This timely webinar discusses a three step system for clearly and persuasively communicating your client's position as well as ways to avoid critical mistakes that can negatively affect your client's case and reputation.

Live Interactive Q&A – Bring/Submit Your Questions
