For more than a decade, Donald J. Winder has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, as published by U.S. News & World Report. Only 1% of all attorneys in Utah have been so honored.
Mr. Winder has also been selected since 2007 for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers. Fewer than 5% of all attorneys in the Intermountain West (covering Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming) are selected annually for this distinction. A multi-step process is used that incorporates peer recognition, professional achievement, and evaluation of numerous other factors to produce a list of outstanding attorneys. In addition to this honor, Mr. Winder was also selected as one of the “Top 100 Mountain States Super Lawyers” for both 2012 and 2013, out of a pool of nearly 22,500 active and resident attorneys in the Mountain States (less than ½ of 1% of Mountain States lawyers are so honored).
