Arthur F. Licata is a Boston, Massachusetts, attorney concentrating in personal injury law, federal and state litigation, and international law. Mr. Licata has been practicing law in the field of complex personal injury and accident litigation for more than 35 years.
Mr. Licata earned his J.D., with honors, from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts, 1976. Mr. Licata has been admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, New York, and the U.S. District Court District of Massachusetts. In 1996, in a case of first impression, he won a landmark decision before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court; Tobin v. Norwood Country Club. The court held that commercial liquor establishments can be liable for the indirect serving of alcohol to minors through adult purchasers.

Sonia Chernova, Assistant Professor in the Robotics Engineering Program, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, also talks about where the field of robotics is today, and where it is heading.
