December 2020 – Pittsburgh, PA – Rothman Gordon, P.C. is pleased to announce that Mary R. Roman has joined the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. Ms. Roman represents individuals in employment, discrimination, sexual harassment and civil rights cases. She has extensive experience in all phases of case preparation and development, including taking and defending depositions, trying cases to verdict in state and federal court, negotiating settlements, attending mediations and preparing appellate briefs.

Ms. Roman holds a B.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review and received the Order of the Coif. Ms. Roman is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
