Zoya is a partner at North Legal and has more than 10 years of experience in her areas of activity. She specialises in foreign investments in Spain and cross-border litigation. She has extensive experience in the creation and support of investment projects and new companies with foreign participation in the national territory. 

During her career, Zoya has advised international clients interested in entering the Spanish market, including the selection of a corporate structure, tax planning and related legal support, mergers and acquisitions with foreign element. 

Zoya leads the firm's Eastern Europe Desk practice. Thanks to her knowledge of the Eastern European markets and the languages of the CIS region, our firm accompanies Eastern European clients in the establishment of their businesses in Spain, as well as assisting Spanish clients who want to establish themselves in that region, not only with legal knowledge, but also with knowledge of the local customs and culture.

Zoya's work has been recognised in Best Lawyers Spain's rankings in corporate law and M&A since 2020.

Zoya is a regular speaker at international legal conferences with strong skills in both presenting and moderating presentations and discussions. She is also an active member of the IBA, where she has held various leadership positions in the Law Firm Management Committee.
