Ms. Zeng graduated from Heilongjiang University with a bachelor’s degree in law, followed by an L.L.M. (Master of Laws) degree from University Freiburg i.B. (Germany). She once practiced as an intern in a local court and a law firm in Germany.

During her practice, Ms. Zeng has handled legal actions involving disputes over corporate matters, investments, IP rights infringement, unfair competition, contracts and lease matters. She enjoys extensive experience in resolving civil and commercial legal disputes. She has successfully represented clients in a number of complicated civil and commercial legal actions, and is highly recommended by the clients.

Ms. Zeng serves as legal counsel and provides legal services in specific projects for a number of enterprises and public institutions. The services she offers include transaction structure design, equity structure design, intellectual property management, risk prevention and control, corporate governance, legal document drafting and review, compliance review, legal consultation, and the formulation of company rules and regulations. She once assisted Internet companies, software or educational technology companies, trading companies and industrial companies, among others, in their compliance work during routine operations and developments. She was also invited to lecture on corporate governance and family/marital matters by enterprises or women’s federations.

Ms. Zeng is presently Vice Chairman of Women’s Federations of the Bar in Xuhui District, Shanghai.
