Ms. Yue Zhang is a partner at Watson & Band Law Offices. She graduated with a BE degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University an LLM degree from Fudan University.
Ms. Zhang has three years’ experience in a patent agency specializing in patent applications, responses to office actions and invalidation procedures for patents in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering and metallurgy.
Since joining Watson & Band in 2010, she has specialized in the resolution of IP disputes such aspatent infringement lawsuits, patent ownership disputes, patent invalidations, administrative protection of patent rights, trade secrets and unfair competition. She boasts rich experience in lawsuits concerning various kinds of patent disputes. She has successfully asserted client claims in a patent infringement lawsuit in which the Japanese company SMC used a number of pneumatic components companies in Leqing, as well as a lawsuit in which Honda Motor Co., Ltd.sued Chongqing Zongshen Motor Industrial Manufacture Co., Ltd and Chongqing Zongshen Group Import and Export Co., Ltd for design patent infringement.
