Mr. Zhou is a partner at Watson & Band Law Offices and serves as Secretary of CPC Branch for the firm.
Mr. Zhou’s practice mainly focuses on three professional legal fields, including
- Equity design and incentive business;
- Enterprise investment and financing; and
- Wealth inheritance derivatives from equity businesses.
He is also an expert in the fields of enterprise legal risk management and resolution of company crises.
Mr. Zhou possesses extensive experience handling legal matters in multiple industries including finance, real estate and the Internet. Since 2004 he has been leading a team of lawyers providing services to several commercial banks including the China Construction Bank, the Bank of China, the China Everbright Bank and the China Guangfa Bank. He has enjoyed outstanding accomplishments in risk management for these financial institutions.
Mr. Zhou has provided multiple companies with professional legal services including:
- Special equity incentive plan design and partnership equity design;
- Equity design for franchises;
- A round and B round financing for multiple enterprises including A, B and C round financing for a food company and angel round and A round financing for an Internet company.
Mr. Zhou has received a number of awards including Outstanding Worker in the Shanghai Judicial System, Outstanding Party Member for the Shanghai Xuhui District and the Head of the Communist Young League of the Shanghai Xuhui District.
