Troy is an associate in the corporate team at Marriott Harrison.
He has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, and group reorganisations as well as experience in assisting with advice on AIM including placings and acquisitions. Troy also particularly enjoys and has broad experience working on private equity and venture capital transactions.
For Troy, one of the key skills of a corporate lawyer is the ability to be on top of all aspects of a transaction in order to ensure that they all come together on completion. He appreciates and understands the need to work closely alongside his Marriott Harrison colleagues in other departments, as well as other external professional advisers to provide rounded and tailored advice to clients.
