Tammy obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky (B.A., Philosophy 1987) and graduated from the Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville (J.D. 1992) (Law Clerk, Hon. John G. Heyburn II, U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, 1992-1994).

Tammy is an experienced litigator who is equally comfortable as an advocate in the courtroom or as counsel in an advisory setting.  Tammy’s clients value her loyalty, tactical skills, aggressiveness, and ability to problem-solve in complex circumstances. Tammy practices business, insurance and healthcare litigation. Tammy is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Tammy previously served as Staff Attorney in the Chambers of Hon. James D. Moyer, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Western District of Kentucky (2006-2015).  Tammy also practices elder law and assists client families with elder care and asset protection. Tammy is a member of the Litigation and Elder Law sections of the Kentucky Bar Association and is a member of ElderCounsel.

As a Louisville native, Tammy trained in the performing arts and is a classical soprano and pianist. Tammy is an avid golfer and particularly enjoys civilizing her three boisterous children, boating on Green River Lake, and keeping close ties with family and kin in Adair County, Kentucky.
