Tamara joined Lynberg & Watkins as a Partner in 2019 and focuses her practice on the defense of public entities, including the areas of general negligence, wrongful death, premises & personal injury liability, civil rights, police liability, workplace investigations, labor & employment, as well as appellate practice. Prior to joining Lynberg & Watkins, Tamara was a partner with a prominent and respected insurance defense firm for over seventeen years. In her prior role, Tamara handled litigation involving toxic and hazardous waste claims as wells as environmental and construction defect matters. Tamara has also successfully advocated for developers and contractors in claims involving construction negligence and soil stability concerns. Utilizing her education and experience, Tamara has also represented several clients in large sum proceedings related to toxic and chemical exposure allegations, as well as personal injury claims related to water intrusion and mold liability.
When Tamara is not at the office, she is most likely spending time with her family, off-roading with her husband, and training/caring for their three dogs.
