Sue Holgate is a Senior Associate in our Mandurah Team and has extensive experience in all areas of family law, representing Family Law clients in the Family Court, High Court, and Supreme Court. Sue also can assist clients with drafting their Wills and estate plans.

With nearly 20 years’ experience assisting clients, Sue provides a compassionate, supportive and results-driven service, taking care to address the emotional and financial needs of her clients both expertly and sensitively. This empathetic approach, coupled with Sue’s clear and practical communication skills, show her commitment to delivering her clients the best possible outcomes.

Sue has assisted with many successful mediations as she tries for her clients to reach a settlement before going to court, Sue regularly negotiates delicate settlements and handles complex legal matters for both de facto and married couples.

Sue has dedicated her career towards building relationships with the community sector and providing pragmatic solutions to the assortment of family law situations her clients may find themselves in.

In addition to her Family Law expertise, Sue can also assist clients with their Wills & Estate planning requirements after her many years of generalist legal practice.
