I made up the term aggravated litigation™ because it so succinctly describes what I do. I started trying cases for real people and  important causes while still at Harvard Law School, then as an Assistant United States Attorney fraud prosecutor, and now for decades as a private lawyer here in Milwaukee. I am privileged as the founder of KHK to be working with enormously talented lawyers, all dedicated to winning for you. I love Wisconsin, and the community has returned that love — in the form of the respect I get from lawyers and courts, and the cases and awards I won.  I’ve led many interesting cases over the years. If anything, my passion to do justice grows with the passage of time. Each aggravated situation is unique. I look forward to talking about yours!
