Ross D. Bussard is a third generation trial attorney and third generation Eagle Scout. With both law and MBA degrees, and a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Bussard brings a unique perspective to the firm’s practice and jury presentation. Concentrating in the areas of serious catastrophic accidents, he devotes 100% of his time to litigation. Bussard has practiced in many state and federal courts along the Gulf Coast litigating serious trucking accidents, oilfield injuries, and offshore accidents.  Bussard has tried many jury trials to verdict as first chair.
