Rebecca Martinez has a diverse practice that specializes in the representation of domestic and international insurers in third-party general liability and coverage matters. Rebecca has provided a defense in a wide variety of third-party liability suits involving personal injury, premises liability, negligence, and property damage throughout the entirety of Texas. Rebecca also counsels commercial general liability insurers on coverage issues, especially those involving contractors and construction sites.  

In additional to Rebecca’s primary practice, she also has experience assisting with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass tort suits arising out of major explosions, product defects, and dram shop claims throughout the United States. Rebecca’s diverse practice also includes assisting in multi-million dollar breach of contract claims among Fortune 500 companies.

Notable Cases:  

• Rebecca has drafted several successful motions for summary judgment in Texas state court in premises liability and dram shop suits. Rebecca has also drafted and argued a successful Rule 91a Motion to Dismiss in a coverage suit in Harris County, Texas.
