Practice / Experience:

Mr. Wick’s practice emphasizes the defense of medical negligence claims. He routinely represents health care providers before the State's Health Care Quality Assurance Commission. He also focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury and product liability cases involving complex medical issues.

Background:

Born in Monroe, Washington, Mr. Wick has resided in the Puget Sound area all of his life.

Mr. Wick is a former firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician. For five years, Mr. Wick was a Department Manager for Providence Hospital in Everett, Washington. He served in the United States Air Force for six years.

Mr. Wick has been admitted to practice in the States of Washington and Alaska, the United States District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Wick is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell (highest rating available -- www.martindale.com). He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, was named the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Washington State Chapter of ABOTA and is listed in the Best Lawyers of America. He is a regular contributor to articles on medical malpractice defense and a frequent lecturer to physicians and lawyers on this subject.
