Rachel L. Capel

Rachel is a Marion, Illinois native. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, earning her Bachelor of Science in Education, cum laude, in 2006. After several years of pursuing her career as a teacher, Rachel returned to SIUC, graduating again cum laude, from the School of Law with her JD.

Prior to joining Roberts Perryman PC, Rachel has been busy establishing herself as a successful defense attorney both in and out of the courtroom. She has secured numerous favorable defense outcomes in transportation trials in notoriously difficult venues such as Madison & St. Clair Illinois.

Rachel’s practice will continue to focus on transportation and trucking defense, as well as insurance coverage and defense, and all aspects of litigation.

Rachel is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois. Additionally, Rachel served on the St. Clair County (IL) Bar Association Board of Directors for the 2015 – 2016 term.

Rachel currently resides in South St. Louis, MO.
