David represents clients in a broad array of high-stakes litigation matters.  David has helped businesses and individuals in financial services, pharmaceuticals, aviation, and other industries navigate complex commercial, securities, bankruptcy, regulatory, and criminal matters, in federal and state court and in arbitration.  David has experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery, trial, and appeal.

Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, David was an associate with two international law firms in New York City.  David also served as a law clerk to Judge Richard W. Goldberg of the U.S. Court of International Trade.  During David’s clerkship, Judge Goldberg sat by designation in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Eighth, and Eleventh Circuits, and in multiple federal district courts.  David spent four years as an adjunct faculty member at Fordham Law School, where he taught International Arbitration.

David lives in Druid Hills with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
